The machine was shipped in last minute. Machine is great with lots of video manuals in youtube and active user FB community group.

I am very happy that i selected V22, it is very good machine. Bai representative Ms Zoe is very supportive, quick responding to all my queries. Only the issue i had with the transporation company from China to Dubai, cargo is delayed again and again, but it the end i received the machine and i am very satisfied about the quality and service i get from BAI. Also i would like to add special thanks to Ms Zoe and BAI factory team, machine came with red laser pointer equipped and fully functional as per my special request, even it is not in the standard feature.
