We recently visited our customers in the United States and had an in-depth conversation with them about their actual experience with the BAi embroidery machine. Through this exchange, we were able to hear about the various issues and highlights they encountered during their use. This feedback not only helped us to better understand the benefits of the product, such as ease of operation, stable performance and high efficiency, but also revealed some areas where we can make further improvements, such as the need for optimization of certain specific functions and enhancement of customer service.
